In October 2013 the BRB Residuary was abolished and the line passed to NR ownership

The main operations in 2019 concerned the continued testing and commissioning of the Class 345 Crossrail stock and  the London Overground  class 720 units for Bombardier with towards the end of the year. Some further Bombardier work continued with SSL units

Most of the work for NR with the infrastructure monitoring trains has now moved to High Marnham
